Quality Hotel Lulea

The quality has a central location, perfect for shopping and exploring. The breakfast is really good, with a variety of hot dishes suitable for everyone. The staff were great.

We liked almost everything about the hotel, the location is excellent. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly at all times during our stay. We found breakfast to be of a high standard, with plenty of choise for everyone. We stayed in the Hotel for evening meal on the Friday night and it was very good. We enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was nice and busy with a good atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased with the view we had from our room. It was looking out towards the water. My husband and I would be happy to return to stay in the Quality Hotel Lulea in the near future. Infact we are looking to book some accommodation for around about February 2012. We were very glad we stayed at the Quality Hotel Lulea.

Would have liked the sauna to be for male and female instead of two seperate saunas, maybe making one large sauna rather two small saunas. Sauna should be open from 9a.M. not 5p.M. to suit buisnessmen coming back from meetings. We were on holiday and so wanted the sauna to be avialable during the day, but it was not open for use until 5p.M. which was to late for us.

The hotel is in the dountown. The room was a good view to the harbour.

The breakfast was too busy.

Couple getaway with a twist

The staff handled the late-night influx of travelers with such efficiency and good humor that it was infectious, it. We were surprised by the quality of the room too, very modern and clean, which you don't always see for hotel stays like that.

It wasn't cheap, but I'll say it was still acceptable for the unexpected situation.

Amazingly nice staff and magnificent location in the centre of the town, everything was wonderful. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The place was just a walking distance from Bla Gasen, where you can have dinner.

This so-called 4-star hotel is a joke! Dusty closets, messy corridors with cleaning equipment everywhere, and don't even get me started on the uncomfortable beds that slide like I'm skiing. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, but alas, just false promises. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Don't stay there during the Lulea festival as it gets too loud and you won't get any sleep.

nice room, good food, well situated. it was easy to get to with a car and had own parking space. it accomodated dogs also.

There was renovating going on and we arrived to the hotel on Friday and had to leave to a dog show very early on Saturday. when we arrived back to the hotel there was an awfull noice uptill 7 PM and we could not get any sleep and we were very tired since we had driven a long way to Luleå on Friday. I wish we would have gotten some compensation of the price....

perfect spot for exploring luleå's charm and culture

we loved the central location, made it super easy to stroll around and visit nearby attractions like the norrbottens museum and local cafes just a few steps away.

A cozy stay with surprises

The hotel staff were always friendly, offering help whenever needed.

I faced an incident with the shower door, which shattered unexpectedly during cleaning. Thankfully, the reception offered a room change swiftly, but it highlighted a safety concern in the hotel.

Make sure to ask for vegan breakfast options ahead of time, as they were limited .

I enjoyed the nice family room with ample space for relaxation. The staff were cute and always ready to assist. Plus, the location near the park made family outings good. The breakfast selection was good, yet it could use some additional fruits like bananas and watermelon.

During my one-night stay as a solo traveler, I found the location to be exceptionally convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby Shopping Galleria and other attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and certainly a highlight of my morning. I did experience some issues with cleanliness and an inconvenient parking situation, which slightly marred my experience.
